A: Yes, our cakes are baked by hand from scratch with fresh ingredients.

Q: How far in advance can I place an order?
A: Once you place an order, your cake will be prepared with in the next one to two business days (depending on the time your order was placed). If you have a special circumstance where you would like the preparation and shipping of your order delayed, please contact us during normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm E.S.T, Monday through Friday) at (301) 685-3461 or at orders@everythingpound.com.

Q: I have allergies, what ingredients are used in your cakes?
A: Our cakes include extracts, milk, egg, and wheat based products. Also, depending on the type of cake and glaze that is being ordered, they could contain chocolate, lemon or vanilla.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Our products are perishable by nature. Therefore, your order can only be cancelled and your monies refunded, if your order has NOT been started. Please contact us during normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm E.S.T, Monday through Friday) at (301) 685-3461 or at orders@everythingpound.com to cancel an order that has NOT been started. If we have begun preparing your cake or cakes, cancellations are prohibited.
